April is Jazz Fest in New Orleans! To celebrate the music and style of the times, this year’s event brings the cuisine, culture and fun to Long Island. We seek to shine a spotlight on a variety of cuisine, such as Creole, Cajun, French, Southern soul food, seafood, and barbecue, and we hope to include you as a featured vendor and supporter. Please note: We are not limited to these types of cuisines. All are welcome.
